Tell the Oregon Legislature: End the confusion! Make Election Day the deadline to mail a ballot.

Oregon law states that election officials have to receive your ballot on or before Election Day.

As a result, Oregonians spend the week before Election Day confused by conflicting accounts of when “the last day to mail a ballot” is.

There's an easy fix: allow election officials to accept ballots postmarked on or before Election Day.

Right now, the legislature is considering a bill to make that change.

This is common sense. Let's get it done.

Sign the petition! Tell the legislature to make Election Day the postmark deadline for ballots!
